At Level Up my mission is to create safe spaces through one-to-one coaching, group coaching and community events for Women of Colour & Allies to create purposeful lives and careers you love, outside of social conditioning.
We work together to get clear on who you are, what you want and how you will get there outside of the pressures and expectation of society, culture, traditions, family, friends and anything else you feel the weight of currently.

The Level Up London Community provides Women of Colour with a soft and safe space to connect, uplift and empower one another personally and professionally.
Women often face unique challenges and barriers to own their full potential. These challenges are exacerbated for women from Black, Asian and Global Majority backgrounds. At Level Up we believe that all women deserve the space to be seen, heard and feel empowered to live the lives they want to live, outside of the pressures and expectation of the world around us.
My approach as the Founder and Resident Coach is down-to-earth, pers0n-centred and rooted in empowerment. I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming Techniques, grounded in empowerment principles to support clients to overcome limiting beliefs, cultivate confidence and achieve goals.
